Final Single Tier Dividend of 6 sen per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2019.

Further to Reference No. ILC-02032020-00026, kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 4 Nov 2020 (Instead of 25 Jun 2020)
2)  The last date of lodgment : 5 Nov 2020 ( Instead of 26 Jun 2020)
3)  Date Payable : 19 Nov 2020 (Instead of 10 Jul 2020)

Remarks :

(1) Due to the deferment in holding the Ninth Annual General Meeting resulting from the heightened risks of the Covid-19 pandemic and the prolonged period of the Movement Control Order implemented by the Malaysian Government, the dividend entitlement and payment dates will be amended from 26 June 2020 and 10 July 2020 to 5 November 2020 and 19 November 2020, respectively.

(2) Save and except for the amendment in entitlement and payment dates of this final dividend, all other information in the earlier announcement remains unchanged.
