The Board of Directors of Sanichi wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the proposed amendments to the Company's Constitution (“Proposed Amendments”) at the forthcoming 15th Annual General Meeting (“15th AGM”) of the Company. The Proposed Amendments if approved, will streamline the Company's Constitution and enhance administrative efficiency. The details of the Proposed Amendments will be set out in Appendix A of the Notice of 15th AGM of the Company to be circulated to the shareholders in due course.
