The Board of Directors of PTB wishes to announce that the Annual Report 2019 and Corporate Governance Report 2019 are now available on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's website and the Company's website at www.plastrade-technology.com.
The Company encourages the shareholders to download the digital version of the Annual Report 2019. Alternatively, the shareholders may also make their request for the printed copy of the Annual Report 2019 by completing the Requisition Form dispatched to them on 29 June 2020 and return to us at [email protected] or fax to +603-2242 3232.
The notice of the Eighteenth Annual General Meeting will be issued separately in due course.
