Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(37) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) and our submission of the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 ("AFS") of CNOUHUA to Bursa Securities on 29 June 2020, the Board of Directors of CNOUHUA wishes to inform that Messrs UHY Lee Seng Chan & Co., the External Auditors of CNOUHUA, had included an emphasize of matter to draw attention to the material uncertainty related to going concern in its Independent Auditors' report dated 29 June 2020 in respect of the Company’s AFS for the financial year ended 31 December 2019.
