The Board of Directors of Rapid Synergy Berhad ("RAPID" or "the Company") wishes to announce that RAPID intends to seek for shareholders' approval on the proposed renewal of shareholders mandate for Recurrent Party Transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming 25th Annual General Meeting ("25th AGM") of the Company.

A circular to shareholders containing the details of the proposed shareholders mandate will be issued and despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.

The purpose of the Circular is to provide shareholders with details, financial effects, rationale and etc. of the said proposed shareholders mandate, which is to be tabled as ordinary resolutions at the forthcoming 25th AGM.
