The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek for shareholders’ approval on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Fifteenth Annual General Meeting ("15th AGM") of the Company.
A Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate together with the Annual Report 2020 will be despatched to shareholders of the Company in due course.
