KERJAYA - Notice of Book Closure

1) Single-tier dividend of 2 sen per ordinary shares, being part of the final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2019

2) Distribution of share dividend on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every hundred (100) ordinary shares in the Company, being part of the final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2019. Any fractions of the treasury shares shall be disregarded.

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 13 Aug 2020
2)  The last date of lodgment : 14 Aug 2020
3)  Date Payable : 28 Aug 2020

Remarks :

(1) The Share Dividend is subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 36th Annual General Meeting of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad to be held on 3 August 2020.

(2) Subject to the approval of the Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn. Bhd. (Bursa Depository) for the transfer of treasury shares under the Share Buy-back Account by bulk transfer method of debiting and crediting, the treasury shares to be distributed under the Share Dividend will be credited into the entitled Depositors Securities Accounts maintained with Bursa Depository on 28 August 2020.
