Reference is made to the announcements dated 26 September 2019, 1 October 2019, 27 November 2019, 6 December 2019, 15 January 2020, 31 January 2020, 12 February 2020, 19 February 2020 and 12 March 2020.

The Company wishes to announce that the Court has vacated the trial dates on 21 September 2020, 27 October 2020 and 28 October 2020 and the matter is now fixed for trials from 7 December 2020 to 11 December 2020.

The Company will make further announcements on material development on this matter from time to time.
