The Board is pleased to provide herewith an update on the aforesaid Project as at 31 March 2020.

1. Penthouse interior and fit-out works commenced in February after issuance of the sprinkler permit.
2. Protection work, demolition of existing drywall wall and ceiling, and removal of sprinkler piping and mechanical ducts completed.
3. Stud framing, sprinkler and mechanical rough in completed
4. Electrical and plumbing rough in completed
5. Drywall is completed in penthouse 1 & 2&3
6. Tapping and mudding for penthouse 1 & 2 &3 is completed.

Other than the above, there is no significant update of the Group’s Venture for the quarter under review.
