The Board of Directors of Eksons is pleased to propose the declaration of the following dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2020 subject to Shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming 2020 Annual General Meeting:           

Type of dividend:

Final dividend via a share dividend distribution of treasury shares.

Entitlement basis:

1 (one)  treasury share for every 100 ordinary shares held.

Numbers of shares to be distributed:

1,598,809 ordinary shares

Entitlement and Payment date:

To be announced in due course.

Any fractional entitlement arising from the computation of share dividend entitlement will be disregarded and will be dealt in such manner as the Board of Directors shall in its absolute discretion think expedient or to be in the best interest of the Company.
