We refer the Company’s previous announcement dated 6 May 2020, 19 June 2020 and 22 June 2020 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
The Company wishes to announce that the application has been adjourned to 10 July 2020 at 10.30 a.m. The Court has directed for the reply affidavit, if any, be filed and served by all parties by 2 July 2020. The Liquidator’s reply affidavit, if any, be filed and served by 9 July 2020.
The Company will make the necessary announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof.
