The Board of Directors of ELK-Desa Resources wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Amendments”) at the forthcoming 31st Annual General Meeting (“31st AGM”) of the Company.

The Proposed Amendments, if passed, will facilitate the members to deposit form of proxy to the Company via electronic means. The Proposed Amendments are set out in Annexure A to the Notice of the 31st AGM of the Company.

The details of the Proposed Amendments will be set out in Annexure A to the Notice of the 31st AGM of the Company to be circulated to the shareholders in due course.
