We refer to the announcements dated 22 February 2018, 9 March 2018, 11 July 2018, 5 December 2018, 28 January 2019, 30 May 2019, 13 August 2019 , 4 September 2019 , 12 February 2020 and 28 February 2020 in relation to the Company’s non-compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the LR of Bursa Securities (“Announcements”).

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the following Status Announcement in conjunction with the release of the Company’s quarterly results for the first quarter of the financial year ending 31 December 2020, pursuant to Paragraph 3.3 of PN 19 of the LR of Bursa Securities:-

(i) As at the date of this announcement, the Company's public shareholding spread is 23.67%.

(ii) The Company is still in the midst of evaluating various alternatives to address the shortfall in the public shareholding spread requirement and will make the relevant announcement on the Company’s finalized plan to address the non-compliance in due course.

(iii) The Company has applied for a further extension of time of six (6) months from 30 June 2020 until 31 December 2020 to comply with the public shareholding spread requirement and are currenly awaiting Bursa Malaysia's decision on the same.
