The Board of Directors of ICB wishes to make reference to the first announcement made by the Company on 29 October 2018 for being classified as a GN3 status company and followed by subsequent monthly announcements pursuant to GN3 made on the updates and developments.
Further to the Requisite Announcement in relation to the revised Proposed Regularisation Plan made on 20 May 2020, the Board wishes to update Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad that the Company had on 12 June 2020 submitted its applications in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan to the relevant authorities.
The Company shall announce further developments on the above matter as and when necessary.
