Further to the announcement made on 26 June 2020, the Company wishes to announce that the inter-parte application for injunction fixed for hearing at the Kuala Lumpur High Court today,  has been adjourned to a date to be fixed by the Court. Meanwhile, the ex-parte order for injunction dated 19 June 2020, will remain in effect until its expiry at the end of the day on 9 July 2020.  

The Company will make further announcement on any material development in this matter from time to time.
