Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(46) and Part H of Appendix 9A of the Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors (“Board”) of SHL wishes to announce that the Board had approved the incorporation of the revaluation surplus, net of deferred tax, of approximately RM27.30 million in the Consolidated Financial Statements of SHL for the financial year ended 31 March 2020.
