ACCEPTANCE OF LETTER OF AWARD AMOUNTING TO RM12.82 MILLION FROM YDI SYNERGY SDN. BHD. IN RESPECT OF CONTRACT WORKS FOR THE PROJECT LOCATED AT LOT PT13825, TAMAN TEKNOLOGI MALAYSIA, MUKIM PETALING, BANDARAYA KUALA LUMPUR ("ACCEPTANCE OF LETTER OF AWARD")

We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 25 June 2020, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) Full details of the education complex located at Lot PT13825, Taman Teknologi Malaysia, such as size, intended project usage, registered owner of the complex;

2) Full details of the scope of construction works awarded to PMS; 

3) Background of YDI, including principal activities, name of directors and substantial shaholders togethwer with their shareholdings;  

4) Expected contribution to the earnings of the Group and the basis in deriving at.
