In compliance with Rule 9.19(36) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Parlo wishes to announce that there is a deviation or variance of more than 10% between the loss after tax attributable to owners of the Company as announced in Parlo’s audited consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 which was announced on 28 May 2020 and unaudited quarterly consolidated financial results for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 which was announced on 27 February 2020.
