We refer to our announcement dated 25 May 2020 in relation to the resignation of Messrs PKF as Auditors of MQ Technology Berhad (“the Company”) for the financial year ended 30 June 2020.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company had on 3 July 2020 appointed Messrs Jamal, Amin & Partners as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2020, having received their consent letter to act as auditors of the Company dated 3 July 2020.
