The Board of Directors for DPI Holdings (“Board”) wishes to announce its intention to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of proceeds raised from the IPO exercise in conjunction with the listing of and quotation for its entire share capital on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 7 January 2019 (“Listing Date”).
