We refer to the issuance of notices of additional assessment (“Notices”) dated 28 November 2019 for the years of assessment 2015, 2016 and 2017 by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia and our announcements dated 28 November 2019, 2 December 2019, 12 December 2019, 3 April 2020 and 20 May 2020.

The hearing date for the judicial review leave application, which was fixed on 9 July 2020 was vacated by the High Court and a new hearing date has been fixed on 3 September 2020. The High Court also extended the interim stay of all further proceedings including the enforcement of the Notices until the hearing of the leave application on 3 September 2020.
