Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, ELK-Desa Resources Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that it has received notification from the Director in relation to the proposed intention to deal in securities of the Company during the closed period pending the announcement of the Company’s quarterly results for the quarter ended 30 June 2020.
