We refer to the announcement dated 14 January 2019 and the two (2) Tenancy Agreements entered by Chip Ngai Engineering Works Sdn Bhd and Douwin Sdn Bhd, both of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company, with LTK Properties Sdn Bhd for the lease of leasehold land held under H.S.(M) 20480, PT No. 17040, Tempat Jalan Balakong, Serdang, Mukim and District of Petaling, State of Selangor (“Tenancy Agreement 1”), and the leasehold land held under H.S.(M) 20479, PT No. 17041, Tempat Jalan Balakong, Serdang, Mukim and District of Petaling, State of Selangor (“Tenancy Agreement 2”)(collectively referred to as the “Tenancy Agreements”).

The Board of Directors of CNASIA wishes to announce that the term of the Tenancy Agreements, which will be expiring on 7 December 2020, have now been further extended to 7 December 2022 with effect from 10 July 2020.

All other terms and conditions prevalent in the Tenancy Agreements shall remain unchanged.
