Directors of the Company intend to deal in the Company's securities during closed period.

Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(a) of the Ace Market Listing Requirements ("AMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), this is to notify the Exchange that Mr Toh Hong Chye, Mr Tan Fie Jen, Datuk Low Kim Leng and Dato' Yen Soon Ai intend to deal in Sersol Berhad's securities during closed period.
