The Board of ABB wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking its shareholders' approval for the following proposals at its forthcoming Forty-Fifth Annual General Meeting:-
(i) Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders’ Mandate; and
(ii) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority.
A Circular/Statement to Shareholders containing information on the abovementioned proposals will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
