Unless otherwise redefined, the definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”).
Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcement on 8 November 2019, 11 November 2019, 23 January 2020 and 23 April 2020 in relation to the above.
Fibon wishes to inform that there is no material development pertaining to the MOA entered into between FCSB and EZAuto. Any material and significant development will be updated accordingly. Save as disclosed above, all provisions contained in the MOA shall remain in full force and effect.
