Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 (a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), this is to notify the Exchange that Dato’ Awang Daud Bin Awang Putera, Mr Chin Leong Choy, Encik Awgku Mohd Reza Farzak Bin Awg Daud, Encik Azlan Shah Bin Zainal Arif, Encik Abdul Farid Bin Abdul Kadir and Mr Yee Kon Sin ("the Affected Persons") intend to deal in the Company's securities during closed period.

In accordance with Paragraph 14.08 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the Affected Persons will inform the Company Secretary of the Company on the details of their dealing within one (1) full market day after the dealing has occurred.
