The Company is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Century Software (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has accepted a Letter of Award ("LOA") on 24 July 2020 (Ref No. DBKL/JP/02/S/1026/2020/A045(9) from Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (“DBKL”) for a project named "Menaiktaraf Sistem Penilaian Dan Pengurusan Harta Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur" with the a total project sum of RM 4,980,000.00  ("The Project").

The tenure of the Project is for a period of 18 months commencing from 24 July 2020 to 23 January 2022. 

The Project will not have any material effect on the issued and paid-up capital, substantial shareholders, net asset per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiary ("Censof Group")

Bearing any unforeseen circumstances, the Board is of the opinion that the Contract will contribute positively to the earnings per share and the future earnings of Censof Group.

Censof does not envisage any risk factor arising from the Contract besides business risk. However, the Company will continuously be taking appropriate measures to manage and mitigate the risk.

None of the Directors, its substantial shareholders or person connected with the Directors and substantial shareholders of the Company have any interest in the Project.

The Board, after considering all aspects of the Project, are of the opinion that the Project is in the best interest of Censof Group.
