The Board of Directors of TCTB is pleased to announce that EFS MYSolar Sdn Bhd (Formerly known as TC Champ Sdn Bhd) (“Purchaser or EFS”), the indirect subsidiary of the Company had on 29 July 2020 entered into a Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with EFS Revision Energy Sdn Bhd (“Vendor”) for the proposed acquisition of 500,000 ordinary shares in Klasik Aktif Sdn Bhd (“KASB”) (“Sale Shares”), representing the entire equity interest in KASB, for a total purchase consideration of RM1,803,750/- (“Purchase Consideration”) (“Proposed Acquisition”).
