We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 5 June 2020 in relation to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”)’s approval for an extension of time up to 8 August 2020 for Rev Asia to submit a regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Rev Asia, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 7 August 2020 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time from 8 August 2020 to 8 December 2020 to submit a regularisation plan to Bursa Securities (“Application”). The Application is subject to the approval of Bursa Securities.

An announcement in relation to the outcome will be released in due course.
