The Board of Directors of Careplus, wishes to announce that Careglove Global Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 7 August 2020 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Malaysia Radiators Sendirian Berhad to acquire a piece of leasehold land held under Pajakan Negeri 672 Lot 10576 Mukim Ampangan Daerah Seremban Negeri Sembilan with land area approximately 14,770 square metres together with two (2) blocks of factories with office attached to one (1) block bearing postal address known as Lot 1317, Senawang Industrial Estate, Seremban, 70450 Negeri Sembilan for a total cash consideration of RM5.6 million.
