Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 27 February 2020.                                 

The Board of Directors of Euro wishes to announce that:     

(a) On 11 March 2020, Euro filed a Striking Out Application on behalf of Dato’ Seri Choong Yuen Keong and Dato’ Tong Yun Mong. 

(b) On 18 June 2020, Ong Kar Voi and the other past & present partners of Messrs. K. V. Ong, Chua & Partners (a panel firm for Euroland & Development Sdn Bhd), filed 2 Striking Out Applications.

(c) The Hearings for these 3 Striking Out Applications are fixed on 12 August 2020.

(d) On 12 August 2020 Dato’ Seri Choong Yuen Keong and Dato’ Tong Yun Mong's Striking Out Application is granted with costs of RM3,000 awarded to them Defendants, subject to allocator; and.

(e) On 12 August 2020 Ong Kar Voi , Alex Boon Thai Woo , Veronica a/p Steeven and Messrs K. V. Ong, Chua & Partners’ Striking Out Application is dismissed with costs of RM3,000 awarded to the Plaintiff, subject to allocator.

(f) The Court fixed the next Case Management date for the main claim on 26 August 2020.
