On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on to-date (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the placement of 75,038,000 Placement Shares at RM0.3951 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of 10.00% to the 5-day VWAP of the Shares up to and including 12 August 2020 of RM0.4390, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
