The Board of Directors of KIB wishes to announce that the Company has applied to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) for an extension of time to hold its 17th Annual General Meeting (“17th AGM”) at a date no later than 31 October 2020 and was granted approval on 14 August 2020.
The Board of Directors of KIB will determine an appropriate date to convene the 17th AGM and announce the notice of the 17th AGM in due course.
