Reference is made to our announcements dated 19 February, 2020, 21  February, 2020 and 17 July, 2020 on the subject matter.  The abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 19 February, 2020.

The Board of Directors of KLRB wishes to announce that KLRB and the Vendors have on 14th August, 2020 mutually agreed vide exchange of letters to extend, without any interest, the Conditional Period to 22 August, 2020 for the Vendors to complete and fulfil all the Conditions Precedent pursuant to the Special Terms and Conditions of the SPAs due to the delay in the Vendors securing the relevant approvals from the appropriate authorities.
