We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 31 January 2020 and 21 May 2020 in relation to the Provision of Financial Assistance.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the financial assistance to facilitate the issuance of performance bond by the bank provided to Sprintz Designs Sdn. Bhd. by its wholly-owned subsidiary, REDtone Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd. as at 30 June 2020 remains unchanged at RM910,000.
