Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and acronyms used in this announcement shall be the same as those defined in CCB’s previous announcements dated 27 February 2020 and 2 March 2020.
Reference is made to CCB’s announcements dated 27 February 2020 and 2 March 2020 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.
CCB wishes to announce that CCB and the Vendor have mutually agreed to extend the Conditional Period from 27 August 2020 to 26 October 2020 (“Extension”) for the fulfilment of the conditions precedent under the SPA, namely, MEA’s Approval/Confirmation and the written approval of the State Authority for the acquisition of the Property pursuant to Section 433B of the National Land Code, 1965.
Save for the Extension, all other terms and conditions of the SPA remain the same.
