We refer to our earlier announcements dated 13 February 2020, 20 February 2020, 27 February 2020 and 11 August 2020 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board of Directors of SHC, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, vide its letter dated 24 August 2020, resolved to grant SHC an extension of time until 26 February 2021 to implement the Private Placement.
