The Board of Directors of REDPLANET BERHAD (“the Board”) wishes to announce that the Company has applied and been granted an extension of time by the Registrar of Companies to hold its First Annual General Meeting (“1st AGM”) on or before 21 January 2021 pursuant to Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016.
The Board will determine the appropriate date to hold the 1st AGM of the Company and make the necessary announcement together with the notice of the 1st AGM in due course.
