Further to the Company's announcement made on 28 July 2020 pertaining to the MOU entered into between DDT and TECHKEM for the purpose of collaboration to jointly explore and finance water related project opportunities in Malaysia and the ASEAN region, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development to the MOU as announced previously.
The Company will make the appropriate announcement on any new development to the MOU, if any. |
