The Board of Directors of CWG Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the Board has recommended a first and final single tier dividend of 0.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2020 for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The entitlement and payment dates will be determined and announced by the Company in due course.
