The Board of Directors of Matang Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company will seek approval from its shareholders at the forthcoming Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Company for the proposed first and final single-tier dividend of 0.15 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2020.

The dividend entitlement and payment dates will be announced by the Company in due course.
