The Board of Directors of Pintaras Jaya Bhd (“PJB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that PJB proposes to seek shareholders’ approval on the proposed renewal of authority for the Company to purchase up to 10% of its issued and paid-up share capital (“Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back”) on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at its forthcoming Thirty-First (31st) Annual General Meeting.

A statement to shareholders containing details in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back will be distributed to shareholders together with the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2020.
