The Board of Directors ("Board") of Hubline wishes to announce that Hubline had on 17 August 2020, entered into Consortium Agreement ("Consortium Agreement") or "the Agreement") with MCC Overseas (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 239687-D) ("MCC") to establish strategic collaboration arrangement in relation to of the provision of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of oil and gas related infrastucture projects in Sarawak ("Project") upon such terms and subject to such conditions as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties.
(the Company and MCC to collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually be referred to as a "Party").
