We wish to announce that the AXIATA-C49 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 28 August 2020 (Expiry Date) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below. Cash Settlement Amount = Number of AXIATA-C49 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of AXIATA-C49 x (RM3.1086 - RM4.25) x (1/5) = Number of AXIATA-C49 x RM0.0000 The Closing Price of RM3.1086 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of AXIATA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised AXIATA-C49 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the AXIATA-C49 shall terminate absolutely.
