The Board of Directors of Mega Sun City Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for:- 1. authority to issue shares under Sections 75 and 76 of the Companies Act 2016; and 2. proposed renewal of the authority for share buy-back by the Company of up to ten per centum (10%) of its total number of issued shares ("Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority") at the forthcoming Sixteenth Annual General Meeting. The Share Buy-Back Statement containing information on the abovementioned Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
