The Board of Directors of JAG wishes to announce that JAG Land Sdn. Bhd. (“JAG Land”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of JAG, had on 28 August 2020, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Ehsan Plastic Manufacturers Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200301034940 (637361-T)] (“EPMSB” or “Vendor”) of Lot 10428, Jalan Sungai Jati, Batu 5, Kampung Jawa, 41000 Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan, for the purchase of a piece of freehold land held under HS(D) 137366, PT 133652, Mukim Klang, District of Klang, State of Selangor, measuring approximately 6,744.75 square metres, bearing postal address of Lot No. 10428, Jalan Sungai Jati, Batu 5, Kampung Jawa, 41000 Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan for a total purchase price of RM3,050,000/- (Ringgit Malaysia: Three Million and Fifty Thousand) only, upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SPA.
