Reference is made to Avillion Berhad's (“AVILLION” or “the Company”)  announcement dated 27 August 2020 in respect of  the Company's application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities")  for an extension of time to submit its Annual Report 2020, that includes the annual Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 March 2020, together with the Auditors' and Directors Report.

The Board of Directors of Avillion wishes to announce that Bursa Securities, after taking into consideration the relevant facts and circumstances, has via its letter dated 28 August 2020 granted Avillion an extension of time until 15 September 2020 to issue and submit the Company's Annual Report 2020.
