We refer to the first announcement made by the Company on 27 October 2016 and the monthly announcements in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to PN17 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”).

Save for the above, there is no material development on the Company’s regularisation plan as at the date of this announcement.
