PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF LEASEHOLD PROPERTY ALONG JALAN KUALA KANGSAR, TASEK INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, IPOH, PERAK DARUL RIDZUAN BY IPMUDA ARCHITECTURAL PRODUCTS SDN BHD WHICH IS 80% HELD BY IPMUDA BERHAD AND THE REMAINING 20% DIRECT INTEREST IS HELD BY EAGER VEST SDN BHD WHICH IS IN TURN IS 100% HELD BY IPMUDA BERHAD

We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 25 August 2020 in respect of the aforesaid matter.
 

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1. The encumbrances on the Property, if any.
2. The build-up areas of  each of the buildings erected on the land.
3. The particulars of - (i) any liabilities, including contingent liabilities, in relation to the Proposed Disposal which remain with Ipmuda, together with the details and justification for such arrangements; and (ii) any guarantees given by Ipmuda to SLL.
